How Do We Get Started?

The following steps will explain in detail how best to begin a project with us, and what to expect:

1) Contact Us

How can we help you? If you have a good idea of what you want, great! If not, don't worry, we can help you formulate ideas and how to follow through on them. You can contact us via phone, email or with the form we've provided. Please provide us with as much detail as as you can. Once we receive your inquiry, we'll respond to you as soon as possible (generally within 24 hours) with either a price quote and scope of work proposal, or some questions designed to solidify concepts and goals so that we can arrive at the best possible mix of services and price for you.


2) The Project

Once we negotiate terms and price, we will then develop a scope of work describing the services that have been agreed upon. In the case of business sites, the scope of work requires a signature by all parties involved. In the absence of either a purchase order and / or contract by your firm, the scope of work then becomes the contract for services to be rendered. Once the scope of work / contract has been approved by both parties, we then ask that you send in an initial payment of 25% of the total negotiated price (non-refundable). Please see the Pricing page for additional details. Once we receive your initial payment, project work will commence. As we work on your project, we will make sure you are able to view our progress and provide input. If we are developing a new site for you, we will also work with you to find a home for your site and register a domain name. There are a LOT of options available, and we'll make sure you are comfortable with the best match for your needs.


3) Project Conclusion

When we complete the project to your satisfaction, we will either be ready to send the necessary files to you, or upload your new graphics or site to the server of your choice. It is at this point that we request your payment in full. Once your final payment is received, we'll transfer or upload your files as necessary. Our relationship, however, doesn't end! As you find minor changes, we'll be more than happy to implement them for you!
